Position: CFAES Columbus Facility & Events Coordinator
About: Under the direction of the CFAES Events Manager, this position serves as the first point of contact for events at various Columbus campus facilities including the Nationwide and Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Building, Agricultural Administration Building Auditorium, Waterman Agricultural and Natural Resources Laboratory (Kunz-Brundige Franklin County Extension Office, Controlled Environment Agriculture Research Complex, and Multispecies Animal Learning Center). On-site staffing is required for this role.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant experience; Preferred 4-6 years of relevant experience and Associate degree; Facility and/or event experience desired; Fiscal/procurement experience desired; Microsoft Office Suite experience required; Background in event software knowledge/use desired; Background in fiscal support and administrative software, such as Workday, desired.
