Position: Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist – 5k Sign-On Bonus
About: This position is for a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) at a hospital with a focus on providing assessment, intervention planning, treatment planning, and group therapy to advance patient progress in accordance with regulations, policies, and performance standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and CTRS license with yearly certification maintenance; 3 years clinical practice experience in inpatient acute care and 1 year supervisory experience preferred; knowledge and skills to address age-related and disability-related patient needs with expertise in mental illness, chemical dependency, and therapeutic modalities; CPR certification and completion of approved behavioral de-escalation program required
