Position: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Outpatient Cardiology Clinic
About: The Porter Heart and Vascular Center is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join their team. This role involves working closely with cardiologists and healthcare staff to provide exceptional patient care, conduct vital signs, prepare patients for exams, assist with procedures, and manage medical records. The focus is on ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans, contributing to outstanding cardiac care in a collaborative environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; current BLS certification; current C.N.A. license may be required; 1 year of medical clerical experience; organizational skills, human relations, and communication skills; knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy.
