Position: Certified Dietary Manager
About: The Gardens Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee dietary services and ensure high-quality meal preparation and nutrition management for residents. The role involves supervising dietary staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and meeting residents’ nutritional needs and preferences.
Requirements: Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or actively pursuing certification with completion within six months; prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or healthcare food service setting preferred; knowledge of clinical nutrition, menu planning, and therapeutic diets; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively; familiarity with food safety regulations; ServSafe certification is a plus
