Position: CEO In Training
About: Cornerstone Regional Hospital, affiliated with South Texas Health System, is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead strategic planning and implementation of corporate goals. The hospital offers comprehensive medical services with a focus on orthopedics and general surgery, featuring 14 patient suites for personalized healthcare. The CEO will drive efficient acute care operations, prioritize patient care, and uphold UHS quality standards.
Requirements: Comprehensive working knowledge of acute care hospital and health care management; working knowledge of financial management practices, health care market trends, and regulatory standards such as JCAHO; demonstrated leadership, communication, and executive management skills; ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders; in-depth understanding of financial management, operations, and strategic interventions at the facility level; ability to motivate, inspire, and communicate effectively with individuals and groups; MBA, MHA, or related degree from an accredited program; 5-8 years of related hospital experience
