Position: Central Kitchen Team Member
About: Team members within the Central Kitchen department at Mercer Island prepare and package bakery and prepared foods for stores nationwide, focusing on prioritizing tasks and immediate customer needs in a fast-paced environment. Seeking outgoing individuals to contribute to the production of fresh, delicious bakery products and meals for guests.
Requirements: High level of self-motivation and initiative; ability to problem solve and work in a diverse team environment; proven success in multitasking and meeting deadlines; excellent time management and organizational skills; strong interpersonal and oral communication skills; knowledge of food safety, HACCP/Department of Health guidelines, inventory and portion control; one year of food service or catering experience preferred.
