Position: Center Manager
About: European Wax Center, a leading beauty and waxing salon, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Center Manager to join their team. The Center Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and achieving financial goals. This position involves managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, driving sales, talent recruitment and retention, and maintaining center cleanliness and efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail, sales, or hospitality industry; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets
