Position: Center Bar Shift Manager
About: In a fast-paced and high-energy casino beverage environment, the Center Bar Shift Manager at our establishment leads front-of-house team members in Bar 360 and Center Bar 2 venues to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction, contributing to overall success through impeccable leadership and dedication to company values.
Requirements: High school diploma and 3 years of related experience required; Associate’s degree can substitute for 1 year of experience; 1 year of supervisory experience necessary; ability to obtain and maintain Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications, as well as a City of Milwaukee bartender’s license within 90 days; proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment usage; experience with point-of-sale systems; strong writing skills and discretion in handling confidential information; ability to interact professionally with guests and team members at all levels, including public speaking; flexibility to work irregular hours, late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
