Position: CE Events Youth Program Director
About: Brigham Young University’s Continuing Education Conferences & Workshops is seeking an individual to join their team in facilitating youth events and ensuring a positive experience for all participants, in alignment with program guidelines and standards.
Requirements: Accept as a condition of employment compliance with Brigham Young University Honor Code and employee dress and appearance standards; Have previous experience supervising peers and/or youth; Able to walk for extended periods of time, participate in physical activities, and engage with participants energetically; Exhibit mental health and emotional stability to engage with staff and participants effectively; Able to make procedural decisions, display good judgment, reliability, and accountability; Organizational skills and ability to establish priorities; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Pass required background check; Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America for CE Events, LLC; Be willing to travel to various Conferences & Workshops locations as needed.
