Position: CDS Full Time Event Manager – Product Demonstration
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is in need of an Event Manager responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. This role involves overseeing product preparation, presentation, training, and providing excellent service to Club members. Strong communication skills are required to liaise with warehouse managers, vendors, and Demonstrators. CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco, offering top person-to-person marketing services in the industry.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; proven ability to lead high-performing teams; ability to exercise independent judgment; coaching and counseling skills; flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
