Position: CDS Full Time Event Manager – Product Demonstration
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is currently seeking a Full-Time Event Manager responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. This role involves managing product preparation and presentation, providing training, and ensuring excellent service to Club members. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising between warehouse managers, vendors, and Product Demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings. CDS is the premier in-house event marketing provider for Costco, delivering top person-to-person marketing services that drive sales for customers and Costco.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent required; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments preferred; detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; proven ability to lead high-performing teams; ability to exercise independent judgment; experience coaching and counseling employees; flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
