Position: CDS Full time event manager
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. The role involves overseeing product preparation, training, and providing excellent service to Club members. Strong communication skills are necessary for coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors, and Product Demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings. CDS is a premier in-house event marketing provider for Costco, offering top person-to-person marketing services in the industry.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; proven ability to lead high-performing teams; ability to exercise independent judgment; able to coach and counsel employees effectively; flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
