Position: CDS Event Manager – Product Demonstration
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager for Product Demonstrations. This role involves overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators, ensuring product preparation and presentation excellence, and providing exceptional service to Club members. CDS is the leading in-house event marketing provider for Costco, offering top-notch person-to-person marketing services.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; Two to four years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills; Proven ability to lead high-performing teams; Able to exercise independent judgment; Proficient in coaching and counseling employees; Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
