Position: CDS Event Manager – Product Demonstration
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. The role involves managing product preparation and presentation, providing training, and delivering excellent service to Club members. Strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and Product Demonstrators is essential, including participation in new location grand openings.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; Proven ability to lead well-performing teams; Ability to exercise independent judgment; Able to coach and counsel employees, take corrective measures as needed; Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
