Position: CDS Event Manager
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full-Time Event Manager for product demonstrations. CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco, offering top person-to-person marketing services in the industry. The company drives sales for customers and Costco, with a focus on recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to lead well-performing teams; ability to exercise independent judgment; able to coach and counsel employees and take corrective measures as needed; flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
