Position: CDS Event Manager
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. This role involves managing product preparation and presentation, providing training, and ensuring excellent service to all Club members. The position requires strong communication skills to liaise with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, including participating in new location grand openings. CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider for Costco, offering top-tier person-to-person marketing services.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills; proven ability to lead high-performing teams; capable of exercising independent judgment; adept at coaching and counseling employees and taking appropriate actions; flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
