Position: CDS Event Manager
About: CDS is looking for an Event Manager to oversee the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators, ensuring product preparation, training, and exceptional service to Club members.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; Detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; Proven ability to lead high-performing teams; Ability to exercise independent judgment; Able to coach and counsel employees, take corrective actions as needed; Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
