Position: CDP/Memory Care Director (Full Time)
About: Arrow Senior Living is a senior living community that offers varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. They manage 25 properties across 5 states and employ nearly 1,400 individuals. Requirements: You will have a high school diploma or general education degree (a degree in a related field is preferred); minimum of two years experience and knowledge of theories and practices related to the care of persons living with dementia or in a related field with transferable knowledge and skills; preference given for leadership experience as a Director in a specialized dementia program; ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents; positive and energetic attitude to work with residents; possess computer skills for documentation; ability to move items up to 50 pounds; physically able to assist residents with mobility and daily activities; comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed; must be criminally cleared.
