Position: Cayuse Kapi – Barista Counter Attendant
About: Responsible for providing prompt service, quality beverages including espresso and coffee drinks, and food, and conducting cash register transactions while maintaining a friendly, upbeat, and clean atmosphere at Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino. The role involves welcoming and connecting with every guest, suggesting products to enhance service and meet sales goals, preparing high-quality beverages and food, operating the cash register, maintaining merchandise appearance, and assisting guests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Must be 18 years old; basic math skills; verbal communication and customer service skills; prior money-handling and Point of Sale (POS) computer skills; knowledge of operating Commercial Espresso machines and cooking equipment; high school diploma or equivalent; two months of on-the-job training or equivalent experience; ability to obtain required food handlers certifications.
