Position: Catering Sales Manager – InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown
About: IHG, one of the world’s leading hotel groups, is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to develop business through direct sales solicitation, secure accounts, and maintain client satisfaction at InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown in Los Angeles, California.
Requirements: Some College plus 1-2 years sales or catering related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge of hotel and food & beverage operations preferred; Must speak fluent English; Other languages preferred; Ability to frequently stand up or move, lift items up to 25 pounds, handle objects, bend, stoop, kneel; Strong communication, reading, and mathematical skills; Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities; Willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, holidays
