Position: Catering Sales Manager
About: The hotel is seeking a dedicated Catering Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and manage meetings and events in the hotel. The focus is on selling Social and Local Catering events for Barnett and Masion Metier.
Requirements: College degree or High School Diploma with related experience. Minimum of two years of hotel experience in Sales or Catering. Previous customer service orientation and training required. Strong negotiation, organizational, and computer skills. Knowledge of catering food and beverage service and event setups. Experience in coordinating weddings and social events preferred.
