Position: Catering Sales Event Planner
About: We are currently seeking a successful and enthusiastic catering sales event planner to manage and produce events from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing outstanding customer service and organizing unique, memorable events. This is a full-time position within a growing and thriving events company located at Swift + Company, 1283 N Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX 77055.
Requirements: + Four-year college degree preferred; Minimum of 3 years industry experience preferred; Previous department experience in a hospitality/hotel/catering/wedding environment; Must maintain a professional personal appearance; Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; strong MAC skills; Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays as required; Ability to deliver exemplary service level; Commitment to routinely go above and beyond expectations; Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and innovative environment
