Position: Catering Sales Coordinator

Requirements: Minimum two (2) years administrative experience required; food & beverage background preferred; ability to work independently and exercise effective judgment; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to lift & carry 35 pounds; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment; availability for extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work in varying temperatures and move quickly among different areas of the facility.
