Position: Catering Sales Administrative Assistant
About: Perform all administrative duties in assistant Catering Sales Department and Main office. This position will work closely with all F&B Operations and Sales Department and will require the ability to interact with all levels of staff including clients.
Requirements: Telephone etiquette; Knowledgeable in food values and nutrition; Strong communication skills and the ability to read write and understand English; Basic PC application skills such as Excel and Word; Employee is regularly required to seat and walk for extended periods; Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; Ability to interface with other departments
