Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/CMP Certification preferred; 2 to 3 years of experience in hotel catering; excellent English language proficiency; organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to multitask; creativity; willingness to work long and irregular hours, weekends, and evenings; negotiation, organizational, and delegation skills; basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment and Internet technology
