About: SodexoMagic is seeking a Catering Manager 4 for Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Sodexo manages the catering for the entire campus, providing food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in catering, food production, or food service management; 3-4 years experience in Catering, Event, or Banquet supervision managing multiple events per day; experience in high volume catering; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent leadership and team-building skills; ability to handle catering at all levels
