Position: Catering Manager
About: LifeWorks Restaurant Group, an independently operated division of Aramark, designs custom solutions for clients looking to elevate their amenities. The team focuses on creating exceptional culinary experiences that enhance company culture and relationships.
Requirements: An approved catering qualification at diploma/degree level and 2-5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a management role; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Strong background in high-volume hospitality, conference, and banqueting operations; Demonstrated people management skills with experience in leading large teams; Passion for food and service, innovative mindset; High level of knowledge in Food Hygiene including HACCP; Ability to manage in diverse, high-pressure environments with a focus on client and customer services; Commercially focused with budget management experience and proven ability to achieve commercial targets; Change-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
