Position: Catering & Events Coordinator – Hilton Hawaiian Village
About: The Hilton Hawaiian Village is a luxurious full-service hotel in Honolulu, known for providing exceptional guest experiences. They are currently seeking a Catering and Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team, working closely with key leaders in the Catering and Events department. This role involves supporting administrative duties and assisting multiple Catering & Event Managers in executing successful events and ensuring top-notch service for clients. Requirements: Minimum years of experience: one (1) year guest contact or customer experience. Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc) is advantageous. The ideal candidate should demonstrate qualities such as quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability.
