Position: Catering & Events Coordinator
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Catering and Events Coordinator to contribute to the delivery of exceptional catering, wedding, social, and event experiences at the prestigious Fontainebleau Las Vegas. This position supports the Catering and Events department in various aspects of event planning and execution. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; minimum of 1 year hotel experience in catering and events; experience in luxury guest experience training; Delphi and Amadeus Diagramming experience required; proficiency in Microsoft applications; ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations; excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills; willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
