Position: Catering Event Manager
About: Luxury catering company PPHG is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Catering Event Manager to oversee all culinary, beverage, and venue services at special events. The position involves acting as a liaison between clients/coordinators and PPHG departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; valid Driver’s License; minimum 2 years of event management experience; knowledge of proper table service; excellent communication skills; ability to analyze and resolve problems; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to lift up to 30 pounds; adaptable to fast-paced environments; collaborative team player; professional demeanor with vendors and team; ability to work independently; flexible schedule; able to work without direct supervision
