Position: Catering Event Coordinator

About: Sweet Hospitality Group, Broadway’s leading caterer and concessionaire, is currently seeking an Events Coordinator for their catering division. The team is passionate about food and service, priding themselves on creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. They are looking for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team and help bring clients’ visions to life.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in catering or hospitality; strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing and positive demeanor; background in theatre, arts, or related fields is a plus; exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
