Requirements: High-school diploma; minimum of five (5) years of job-related work experience; thorough knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products including extensive experience in e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software; knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures; excellent organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; must be flexible and able to function with constantly changing and multiple priorities; maintain a professional attitude and appearance; regular attendance and punctuality; understanding of and compliance with SPP Policies and Procedures
