Position: Catering Coordinator
About: Responsible for supporting the Director of Catering on all catering business, working with Catering Sales and Conference Services Managers to effectively serve the needs of hotel clients. Handles details of definite groups, including client introductions, menu planning, and room setup. Coordinates with all departments to fulfill client requests and oversees small events based on hotel needs.
Requirements: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduate from high school. High school diploma required. 1-2 years experience in an administrator position preferred. 1-2 years experience in a Food & Beverage or Catering environment.
