Position: Catering/Banquet Attendant (Part Time, Rotating shifts)
About: Nicklaus Children’s Hospital – Main Hospital Campus is seeking a Catering Assistant under the guidance of the Catering Manager to clean, sanitize, and organize the catering area. The role involves preparing, organizing, and delivering catering services in various facilities, setting up daily catering service for specific Food and Nutrition customers, and ensuring food safety and service quality in food preparation and serving.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent preferred; SafeServ Certification required within 3 months of hire and must be maintained active and in good standing throughout employment; 1-3 years’ experience in Catering Services, Banquet Events, Hospitality Industry, and/or fast-paced food service environment; ability to communicate in English and a knowledge of Spanish is helpful; ability to use and maintain food service equipment and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
