Position: Catering and Events Sales Manager
About: Rosa Mexicano is seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager based in Las Vegas to drive catering sales in a commission-based role. The manager will ensure all onsite and offsite event needs are met, coordinate with restaurant management for event setups, maintain operational excellence, and collaborate with the Marketing Department for marketing materials.
Requirements: 2-3 years of restaurant catering sales experience; passion for food and drink; strong service culture orientation; ability to handle administrative duties; willingness to work full time in the Las Vegas office
