Position: Category Manager – (Facilities, Travel, Real Estate)
About: NCLH is seeking a skilled and strategic Sourcing Specialist to identify international sources of supply, recommend cost-effective alternatives, and manage relationships with suppliers. This role involves overseeing spend activity, conducting price analysis, and developing category strategies to achieve cost savings while improving quality and service levels in the Cruiseline and Duty-Free industry.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MBA, or relevant field; minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience; 2+ years of category or industry-specific experience; knowledge of automated logistics and purchasing systems; experience in contract negotiation, project management, and category management; familiarity with MXP and SAP preferred; strong leadership and negotiation skills
