Position: Category Maintenance Manager- Exterior Maintenance
About: Bass Pro Shops, a retail company with locations across the United States and Canada, is seeking a Category Maintenance Manager- Exterior Maintenance to oversee and support all exterior maintenance activities at their retail locations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards, managing budgets, and providing exceptional support to maintain the exterior appearance and functionality of the retail locations in line with company standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; Preferred Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 3-5 years of experience in facilities management with a focus on exterior maintenance; Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation; Excellent budget management and financial analysis skills; Strong organizational and project management skills; Ability to travel to retail locations in the US and Canada; Physical ability to perform computer work, walking, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
