Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, or similar role in a casual dining setting; strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety regulations, and inventory management; excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment; experience in staff management, including training and performance evaluation; ability to manage budgets and financial reports; strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills; flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; culinary background and/or relevant certifications (preferred)
