Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 1-3 years of industrial or manufacturing experience required; Experience in a steel manufacturing environment strongly preferred; Flexibility to work a rotating 8-hour schedule; Ability to climb stairs, climb ladders, reach, squat, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various physical conditions; General math skills and problem-solving abilities
