About: Floor Staff team members at Regal are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in various areas such as the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher, embodying the company’s mission statement and policies. Starting pay is $14.00/hr. Applicants must be at least 16 years old to apply.
Requirements: Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier required; completion or progress towards completion of required state or local alcohol selling training; completion of Regal Entertainment Responsible Beverage Server training; good public speaking and listening skills; ability to perform calculations accurately and correct errors; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent communication and goal-setting abilities; ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and visual acuity requirements
