Position: CASINO MANAGER TRAINEE
About: Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Casino Manager in Training. We prioritize creating a comfortable and fun environment for our guests, taking pride in personalized service and anticipating their needs without prompt.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; train with the Casino Manager to learn casino operations and customer service standards; provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries; prioritize tasks, maintain security of assets, and control cash and inventories; assist with hiring, orientation, and training of new employees; perform basic repairs of gaming machines and bar equipment; manage merchandise inventory and discipline or terminate problem employees
