Position: Casino Manager
About: A cruise ship casino management company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Casino Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of casino operations onboard, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing customer satisfaction by managing revenue and budgets effectively.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino management, preferably in a cruise ship setting; Strong understanding of casino operations, including gaming regulations and procedures; Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills; Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing budgets; Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office and casino management software; Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses and certifications
