Requirements: Associate’s degree or comparable experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; a minimum of 1 year as a casino host or equivalent VIP experience; excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in PC operations including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of the Advantage system and LMS preferred; good organizational skills; ability to maintain composure under all circumstances; ability to maintain strictest confidence; strong interpersonal and telephone skills; ability to memorize data regarding various programs; ability to meet flexible schedules and travel demands; ability to resolve guest problems effectively
