Position: CASINO HOST
About: A casino company is seeking a Casino Host to generate quality business, meet signup goals, assist guests, attract players, and ensure revenue targets are achieved while maintaining compliance with company and gaming regulations. The role involves being visible on the casino floor to greet guests, support the True Rewards Players Club, make business decisions within authority, maintain guest loyalty, and implement strategies to increase profits and guest visits.
Requirements: 2 years minimum customer service background required; 2 years minimum casino experience preferred; Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; Previous experience with Synkros and LMS preferred; Ability to effectively communicate in English; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor’s degree or related certification preferred; Must be at least 21 years of age; Holding gaming and Alcohol Awareness Cards
