Position: Casino Host
About: DDC – Glendale, AZ is currently looking for a Casino Host to join their team and create an exciting environment for guests while promoting programs and events.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED plus three (3) years of experience in casino marketing, players club, table games, or slots; Previous Casino Host experience preferred; Must be 18 years of age or older; No felony, theft, or stealing convictions; Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of Slot games and Table Game operations; Ability to identify and cultivate new casino guests; Ability to develop a strong return visit guest base; Ability to resolve guest complaints; Knowledge of cash handling; Knowledge of principles and practices of public relations, promotions, and marketing in a casino guest service-oriented environment
