Position: Casino General Manager, Lincoln
About: WarHorse Gaming, LLC, is seeking a dedicated Casino General Manager to oversee casino operations in Lincoln, NE. The General Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating various property activities to ensure optimal efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction in alignment with company policies and strategic goals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience required; twelve (12) plus years of gaming and hospitality experience, seven (7) years in an executive leadership role required; knowledge and ability to act on Compliance and Regulatory issues; ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours; self-starter with strong customer service orientation, communication skills, and attention to detail; experience in employee relations dispute resolution and litigation avoidance; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
