Position: Casino Floor Bar Back (PT)
About: In a fast-paced casino environment focused on excellent guest service and entertainment, the Casino Floor Bar Back position requires a genuine passion for guest service, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bars, supporting bar staff during busy periods, and upholding the establishment’s service standards and values.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent and previous bar service, bar backing, warehouse, and/or stocking experience are preferred; strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and counting using whole numbers; discretion in handling confidential information; professional interaction with guests and team members; flexibility to work irregular hours, late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to walk, climb, balance, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 160 pounds occasionally, with assistance; wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required; good vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
