Requirements: High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent; Must be 21 years of age or older; Nevada State Gaming Registration; High volume chip handling experience; Experience in fast-paced customer service; Proficiency in fundamental mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and money handling; Has the ability to balance a bank without assistance; Working knowledge of 10-key adding machine, currency counter and cash advance machine; Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine; Detail-oriented and can multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment; Capable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift; Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
