Position: Casino Cage Cashier – Park MGM
About: At Park MGM, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we need passionate individuals to help us do just that. As a Cage Cashier, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have smooth and enjoyable transactions while enjoying the thrill of the casino.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays; Capable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift; One (1) year of prior high-volume cash handling experience; One (1) year of previous guest services experience in the Casino Cage department of a similar resort setting; One (1) year of previous banking experience; Has a firm understanding of Casino Operations; Proficiency in fundamental mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and money handling; Proficiency of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine; Knowledge of 10-key adding machine, currency counter, and cash advance machine; Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
