Position: Casino Cage Cashier I – The Cosmopolitan
About: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is seeking a passionate and dedicated Casino Cage Cashier to join their team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and enjoyable transactions for guests in a thrilling casino environment. The role involves accurate monetary transaction processing, excellent guest service delivery, and promotion of the MGM Rewards program to enhance the overall guest experience and create lasting memories.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age of 21 years; 1 year of high-volume cash handling experience; 1 year of previous guest services experience in a Casino Cage department; 1 year of previous banking experience; firm understanding of Casino Operations; proficiency in mathematical skills and computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to stand and walk for a majority of the shift
