Position: Cashier – Store #16 Part Time
About: Northgate Markets is a full-service supermarket chain that opened its first store on January 2nd, 1980, in Anaheim, CA. Since then, it has expanded to over 40 stores in 4 counties: Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. They offer a wide range of products including a large meat department, bakery, tortilleria, prepared foods, and a variety of domestic and imported Latin American grocery goods, providing customers with a Mexican homeland experience.
Requirements: High school education preferred with successful completion of an apprenticeship/training program; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Be able to calculate figures and amounts, complete required reports, communicate effectively, and understand English proficiently. Must be able to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and have specific vision abilities. Maintain good personal appearance, comply with safety policies and procedures, and work effectively in various physical and work conditions.
